What a difference 10 months can make. The tired 1960's office buildings at our site at Tubs Hill, Sevenoaks are being transformed into 95No high class apartments for our client Prime Place
The two 8 storey towers are linked at ground level via a single storey entrance. The existing façade has now been replaced with new brickwork & aluminium panels incorporating new double glazed aluminium windows.
The construction will be in accordance with Building Regulation Standards & Premier Building Guarantee.
