We are nearing completion of our project at Great Portland Street, Marylebone where we have been carrying out an extensive refurbishment, alterations and extensions to the Grade II Listed, George Public House for The Crown Estate.
We are restoring the pub back to it's former glory and re-instating some of the period features that were damaged or lost, these include new feature wall panels, 'aged' mirrors and plaster-work.
We have completed the apartments on the three floors above and have fitted luxury kitchens, bathrooms, specialist joinery and panelled doors.
The facade, roof and chimney stacks were restored, scaffolding was erected and a temporary roof structure was maintained during the process.
Located in a busy part of London vehicle movement and deliveries to the site required careful logistical and Health and Safety planning
We worked closely with the Design team and the Client to successfully deliver this project.
