Partnership Housing

Buxton's expertise in the partnership housing sector is backed by decades of experience and framework status with numerous Registered Providers (RP's). We are skilled in both new build and refurbishment projects, partnering with RP's, private developers, and local authorities for all forms of tenure, care homes, mixed-use developments, and estate regeneration, both in rural and inner-city locations.

We boast of a team of dedicated staff members with in-depth knowledge and experience of government drivers and benchmarks, meeting criteria for The Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH), Design and Quality Standards, and identifying funding streams from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and the Greater London Authority (GLA).

Our development services comprise site appraisals, architectural advice in site layouts, securing planning consent, funding advice, site acquisitions, identifying key RP's for site construction, and risk management.

We prioritise good working relationships and customer care as core values in our business, working closely with clients to meet their individual specifications and needs, whether working on occupied properties or infill sites and providing tenant or neighbor liaison services to communicate our plans and work.
