Our affordable housing division has successfully completed a design and build project with Amicus Horizon Housing Association in Thornton Heath, constructing 13 houses, 3 maisonettes and 2 apartments.

The scheme was designed to meet Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 and incorporates photovoltaic panels to meet the renewable energy requirements.
