Our project at Unity Works is progressing well with the scaffolding starting to be struck and kitchens being installed.

The project involves the design and construction of 30 residential units and approx. 100m2 of ground floor commercial space.

We are meeting our clients requirements to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 with the provision of heating and lighting from a centralised energy centre along with photo-voltaic renewable technologies.

The scheme continues our historic relationship with Peabody and is our fifth project for this client.
