Completion of all infrastructures Install service for future provision Installation 1st floor transfer slab Concrete frame to 4th floor level Procurement of main service connections

The £16m new build development will create 33 no. 1 bed apartments, 60 no. 2 bed apartments and 5 no. 3 bed apartments - totalling 98 residential units.

In addition we will be carrying out hard and soft landscaping, creation of a car park and bicycle storage, as well as, a roof terrace on the sixth floor for use by private residents.
