As part of our efforts to source subcontractors and suppliers within the London Borough of Southwark, Buxton Bear, Divya Krishnan (QS) and Alastair Tarvit (Buyer) visited some of the local companies to tell them about the exciting new build community led housing development planned for the near future.

They left posters and leaflets for notice boards and counters to spread the word to local trades and are also planning to hold a meet the buyers event.

Buxton Bear also convinced Divya and Alastair to take him to The Shard, he could see our previous project Marklake Court way below but then had a bout of vertigo, he finished off with a nice coffee and pastry before heading back to the office.
