Following the successful completion of the award winning Marklake Court, Buxton are thrilled to have been awarded Leathermarket CBS second design & build development.

Based upon the site of the old Joseph Lancaster Nursery in the middle of the Lawson Estate we will be constructing 40 social-rent residential units comprising of 6 terrace houses and a 4, 6 and 8 storey linked block of flats, complete with alterations to existing parking, access roads, hard and soft landscaped communal area and children's play.

The project has been designed to meet the needs of existing residents on the Estate and in the Leathermarket area as a whole.
