He has a practical, delivery-focused mindset, with a firm focus on value, quality, and timely completion. Dan places importance on early planning, accurate financial reporting, and collaborative working, supporting projects through to final account.

Outside work, Dan supports West Ham, for his sins, enjoys playing squash, and occasionally escapes for a mountain bike ride when time allows.
