David Norman

David has spent his career in the construction industry and brings extensive building knowledge to his role as Managing Director. He has a strong understanding of how projects are planned, delivered, and controlled on site, and is closely involved in guiding teams through the practical challenges that arise during construction. His approach is rooted in problem-solving, clear decision-making, and maintaining momentum while protecting quality and value.

He works closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are well considered from the outset and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. David places particular importance on collaboration, technical understanding, and practical solutions, helping teams resolve issues constructively and keep projects moving in the right direction.

Outside work, he spends time with his family, enjoys walking, travelling, and winter sports, and admits to an over-keen interest in DIY.
