Gary is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in overseeing site operations across a wide range of refurbishment and new build projects. He works closely with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to support safe, well-coordinated delivery and consistently high standards on site.

With experience across heritage, residential, education, and community projects, Gary brings a practical, hands-on approach to operations, underpinned by clear communication and effective team working. He is also passionate about sustainability and the role good construction practice plays in delivering long-term, responsible outcomes.

Outside work, Gary enjoys playing and coaching football.
