Jamie Clancy-Toomey

Jamie leads Buxton’s social value activity, working closely with project teams, clients, and local partners to ensure social value is practical, meaningful, and embedded within project delivery. She supports initiatives that create positive outcomes for communities through employment, education, skills, volunteering, and local engagement.

Her approach is shaped by lived experience, having begun her career as a local social housing resident employed as an apprentice within the construction industry. This perspective helps ensure Buxton’s social value activity remains grounded, credible, and focused on long-term benefit.

Outside of work, Jamie is rarely without her small dog, Millie, who is a familiar and welcome visitor to the office.
