Paul Thomas

Paul leads our pre-construction team, bringing extensive experience to the early planning and development of projects. He works closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to shape well-considered proposals, with a strong focus on buildability, programme, and early risk management.

With many years’ experience delivering projects across London and the South East, Paul has a particular understanding of working in sensitive residential settings and complex urban environments. He has been closely involved in a number of Passivhaus schemes, supporting sustainable design and thoughtful delivery from feasibility stage through to handover.

Paul’s collaborative approach helps ensure projects are properly planned, clearly defined, and well prepared before construction begins.
