Scott Walder

Scott brings nearly 30 years’ experience in cost management and commercial project delivery across a wide range of sectors and types of contracts. He works closely with the project teams and the supply chain to secure best value through early planning, clear financial reporting, and transparent cost control. His approach is collaborative and open, with a strong focus on quality, value engineering, and reaching final account agreements promptly and fairly. Scott is also committed to developing people and strengthening commercial capability within project teams.

Outside work, Scott enjoys following F1, coaching age grade rugby at his local club, watching his children participate in a range of club sports, and even gets to take to the courts himself regularly to play padel tennis with friends
