Steve is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in leading site teams and overseeing the delivery of complex projects. Having progressed through the industry from a trade background, he brings a practical, hands-on understanding of how projects are built, alongside clear leadership and an emphasis on teamwork.

He has worked across a wide range of sectors, including education, heritage, healthcare, residential, and commercial, often in sensitive or live environments. Steve works closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to help ensure projects are well organised, carefully managed, and delivered to a high standard.

Outside work, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors, with a particular interest in country sports and mountain biking.
