Suzanne Clark

Suzanne has spent her entire career in finance within the construction industry and brings extensive experience to her role as Finance Director and Head of HR. She has a strong understanding of how commercial, operational, and people considerations intersect on live projects, and takes an active interest in the detail behind each scheme, from financial controls and reporting through to risk, compliance, and governance.

As a member of the senior leadership team, Suzanne plays a key role in supporting sustainable growth, ensuring robust financial management, and maintaining high standards of accountability across the business. In her HR remit, she is closely involved in developing a supportive, well-structured working environment, with a clear focus on capability, fairness, and long-term retention. She believes a motivated, well-supported finance team adds real value to project delivery and works consistently to reinforce that culture across the wider business.

Outside work, she enjoys cooking, long walks with her German Shorthaired Pointers, CrossFit, and attending live sporting events.
