Pargetting Complete


We have carefully replicated a decorative coat of arms at Eastgate House, Rochester.

Eastgate House was built in the 1590's for Sir Peter Buck, Mayor of Medway and Clerk of the Cheque at Chatham Dockyard.

The existing decaying panel above was a reinforced cement replica of the original Parget, our sculptor took latex type moulds for reference and hand sculpted the below in the traditional method; using lime mortar.
