South East Construction Expo

Thanks to everyone who dropped by Stand 80 at the SE Construction Expo at The Terrace, AMEX Stadium in Brighton – it was a brilliant day from start to finish.

We had over 100 people stop for a chat, swapping business cards and QR info, and sharing ideas about what’s happening in construction across the South East. It was great to catch up with familiar faces and meet new ones too.

A big thanks to the Buxton team on the stand – Jim Holt, Scott Walder, Mia Day, Adam Gent, Derek Gillott, Martyn Smith and Andrew Lake for doing a great job representing us and keeping the conversations flowing all day.

Credit as well to our Business Development team – Louise Murphy & Emma Smart for creating a fantastic stand and making sure everything ran smoothly.

It was a great chance to talk about the exciting projects we’re currently delivering and give a glimpse of what’s in the pipeline. There’s a lot to look forward to as we continue to grow across key sectors including education, healthcare, residential, and community.

We also had time to catch some great talks from future skills and construction trends to planning changes and public sector work. A big shout-out to speakers like Mark Farmer, Allan Wilen and Paul Barber for sharing their insights.

Plenty of inspiration from the other exhibitors too – lots of innovation on show and a real sense of where the industry’s heading.
