The scaffolding is being struck at Penge Medical Centre allowing us to complete the external works.

The project involves the construction of a 3 storey steel frame, composite slabs, SFS infill frame and traditional brick and stone work building.

The new centre will be a much needed primary care facility within Penge and will accommodate two General Practice surgeries, a pharmacy and provide clinical/ treatment rooms offering high quality facilities which deliver the range and quality of care that is required of a 21st Century NHS.

The scheme must achieve BREEAM Healthcare excellent rating and comply with NHS Technical Standards.
