We are nearing completion of the prestigious Prime Place Sevenoaks project in Sevenoaks.

The project involved the conversion of the old Tubs Hill office block to 95no luxury apartments with a hotel-style entrance foyer, dedicated concierge and split-level courtyard garden. There is also a private business suite, with a lounge and meeting room, exclusively for residents’ use.

The 1960’s building was made up of two 8 storey towers linked at ground level via a single storey entrance. The existing façade was removed in its entirety & replaced with new brickwork & aluminium panels incorporating new double glazed aluminium windows.
