We have recently completed a new commercial office building for the Health and Care Professions Council.

The first part of the works involved the existing building being stripped out and partially demolished, following this the building underwent structural alterations including forming new openings and installation of steelwork and lintels.

The façade was restored, windows replaced and new roof coverings laid. New services and lifts were installed as well and new doors, staircases and joinery fitted.

The site was located in a Conservation Area within the busy London Borough of Lambeth on a red route
