An Excellent CCS Score

Congratulations to our site team at St Mary’s Grove project in Richmond, London for achieving an Excellent score of 42/45, following recent visit by Considerate Constructors Scheme Assessor

This excellent CCS score relates to our new Passivhaus almshouse development for the Richmond Charities with Clive Chapman Architects.

We have demolished 17 existing garages and are currently building five one-bed single-storey 'Passivhaus' dwellings with associated landscaping, boundary treatments, parking, access road, including enabling works.
