Mecklenburgh Square Secures a Full 45 out of 45 CCS Score

Well done to our Mecklenburgh Square site team for achieving a full 45 out of 45 in the first Considerate Constructors Scheme visit. Led by Ben Hayden and George Riddles, the team were recognised for an organised site layout, careful control of deliveries, clear communication with neighbours and strong environmental and workforce measures.

The project covers the refurbishment of five Grade II listed Georgian townhouses for Goodenough College in the centre of Bloomsbury. Working in this setting requires precise logistics and steady coordination, along with consistent workmanship and attention to the quality of finishes. These remain key priorities as the buildings are upgraded and modernised while their historic character is retained.

This reflects the approach we take across our wider refurbishment work in London and the Home Counties, where thoughtful planning and responsible site management are essential to delivering reliable outcomes.
