Northgate Square - Progress

We are making good progress at our £16m affordable housing project in Crawley as we second fix the lower units.

Northgate Square is a new build development on an existing car park, it will create 33 no. 1 bed apartments, 60 no. 2 bed apartments and 5 no. 3 bed apartments - totalling 98 residential units.

In addition we will be carrying out hard and soft landscaping, creation of a car park and bicycle storage.

The town centre is located only a short distance away from the site and forms part of the council's agreement of provision of affordable housing.
