Buxton Building is proud to have been the main contractor for the transformation of the new Park Hub in Oxted, which has now officially opened following a £3 million redevelopment.

Located in the heart of Master Park, the Park Hub has been designed to provide a welcoming and flexible community space for local residents. Managed by the Master Park Pavilion Charity, the new facility includes a café, accessible public amenities, and adaptable rooms for wellbeing activities, workshops, private events and social gatherings.

Chairperson of the charity, Pammy McNaughton, described the project as a “mammoth effort” and expressed her delight at seeing the building open to the public. She extended thanks to Surrey County Council, which contributed £1.86 million, and Tandridge District Council, which provided £500,000, alongside the many local supporters who helped make the project possible through ongoing fundraising efforts.
The completion of the Park Hub marks a significant milestone for Oxted, providing a modern, inclusive space that will serve the community for years to come.
