Buxton recognises that work-related stress can be a significant cause of illness leading to lengthy absences, staff turnover, and other issues such as the increased capacity for error, which can lead to accidents.”
Buxton has embraced the Working Minds campaign, launched one year ago, and through initiatives that raise awareness of the importance of good mental health practices at work, ensuring our staff has access to the right information and tools to enable them to continue to operate safely and effectively.
