Making Good Progress

Works are well underway at Penge Medical Centre with roof sheeting being delivered and installed.

The project involves the demolition of an existing Victorian building with the existing stonework detailing and motifs being retained and incorporated within the new façade, followed by the construction of a 3 storey steel frame, composite slabs, SFS infill frame and traditional brick and stone work building.

The internal fit-out comprises specialist treatment and consulting rooms, admin areas and a large open plan waiting area with feature roof light. The scheme must achieve BREEAM Healthcare excellent rating and comply with NHS Technical Standards
