Buxton attended the Guildford Cathedral heritage open day at the weekend attended by The Very Revd Dianna Gwilliams and circa 300 members of the public.

The open day provided visitors with an opportunity to learn about the extensive refurbishment works Buxton are undertaking, John Bailey from Thomas Ford Architects also provided an interesting talk on the challenges facing this much loved Grade II listed building.

Our Project Director Bhadresh Shukla and Site Manager Ian Flannery took small groups of interested visitors to view our progress to date.

Meanwhile Buxton Bear greeted younger members of the public and handed out information packs and treats.
