Apprentice Spotlight: Bradley Rackley Represents Buxton at UKREiiF

What an incredible experience for our apprentice Bradley Rackley attending UKREiiF this week – a real milestone in his journey.

Speaking in front of a crowd isn't something that comes naturally to anyone, but we are very proud of how Bradley managed his nerves and shared his story.

Being able to speak about his experiences with YouthBuild and the opportunities he’s had working with Buxton Building Contractors gave us all a real sense of pride.

It meant a lot to have his voice heard and to see how people connected with what he had to say – about growth, change, and the power of having the right guidance and support around you.

Massive thanks to Shenaaz and the YouthBuild team for inviting him to be part of the conversation on #SocialMobility – and thank you to everyone who attended and engaged. The energy in the room was brilliant.
