New Recruits for 2021

Continuing our award-winning apprentice programme, Buxton is excited to welcome four new trainees for 2021.

Thomas Dugdale and Fred Mason have joined as trainee quantity surveyors, Aidan Kavanagh and Charlotte Oliver are trainee site managers.

They will all be attending East Surrey College to complete their HNC on day release for 2 years, before commencing studies at university for 3 years in order to obtain degree qualifications.

Aidan will be working at Queens Head and Charlotte will be working at Joseph Lancaster, whilst Thomas and Fred will be based at our head office in Caterham working on a number of projects.

As part of our ongoing commitment to helping young people into the industry, we are excited to be able to offer these fantastic opportunities and wish them all the best here and in their careers!
