A milestone reached at Northgate Square

August Update, we are now nearing completion of Northgate Square, our finishing managers are carry out the final snags to this 98 unit development.

It has been a big day at our Northgate Square project in Crawley as we dismantle and remove the tower crane.

The Saez TLS65 Trolley Jib Tower Crane had a 40m Jib and a 30.8m hook height, It was safely dismantled by mobile crane as the project progresses to it's final stages.

Northgate Square is a new build development on an existing car park, it will create 33 no. 1 bed apartments, 60 no. 2 bed apartments and 5 no. 3 bed apartments - totalling 98 residential units.

In addition we will be carrying out hard and soft landscaping, creation of a car park and bicycle storage.

The town centre is located only a short distance away from the site and forms part of the council's agreement of provision of affordable housing.
