Vincentian Presbytery - Completed

We are delighted to have successfully completed the new presbytery building for The Vincentians Fathers in Mill Hill.

The project involved the demolition of the existing building and the clearing of the site, followed by the construction of a new 3-storey presbytery building. This modern facility provides updated accommodation, living, prayer, and ancillary spaces, all designed to meet the evolving needs of the community.

It was clear from the outset that the team working to deliver the Vincentian Presbytery were committed to achieving the highest quality outcome. We believe this is clear in the resulting building and we enjoyed the collaborative approach taken to get to the final product. We were particularly impressed by the commitment, knowledge and attention to detail shown throughout by the site team and would welcome the opportunity to work together again in the future. In addition to the main building, we have constructed a single-storey extension to the existing church, introducing new office and ancillary spaces. The project also encompassed comprehensive site works, including alterations to services and drainage, as well as re-landscaping, to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the premises.

At the heart of the new building's design is a peaceful central courtyard and a small oratory, creating a serene environment for prayer and reflection. The living spaces are thoughtfully arranged to offer privacy and tranquility. Each suite has been designed as a contemporary private living and working space for a priest, while generous communal areas on the ground floor promote a sense of community and shared life.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our project team, Matthew Lloyd Architects and consultants whose dedication have been pivotal in the successful completion of this significant project. Their hard work and commitment have not only ensured that the project was completed to the highest standards but have also contributed to creating a space that will serve the Vincentian Fathers and their mission for many years to come.
