At our site in New Cavendish Street, works are progressing well with the lower ground floor slab complete and upper composite floors to Ground, 1st, & 2nd nearing completion.

Erection of structural steelwork is progressing from 2nd Floor level to roof.

Project Brief

The front façade of 66-72 New Cavendish Street has been retained and temporarily supported whilst the entire structure behind has been carefully demolished. The footprint of the site is now being replaced with a new steel frame bearing on new foundations and underpinning to existing walls.

There will be composite floors, 2 concrete lift / stair cores, brick envelope to the rear, a new roof structure and internal partitioning followed by the complete fitting out to provide 18 high specification residential apartments. The entire building spans over 6 floors from lower ground, ground and four storeys above.
