Buxton is delighted to continue an historic relationship with Peabody Estate as we commence our fifth project for this client. The scheme at Unity Place, Sutherland Road, E17 comprises the design and construction of 30 residential units and approx. 100m2 of commercial space.

The Partnership Housing team at Buxton will deliver the project utilising the JCT Design and Build contract 2011 and will meet the clients requirements of achieving Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 with the provision of heating and lighting from a centralised energy centre along with photovoltaic renewable technologies.
