126 Harley Street


We are delighted to have been awarded our third contract for The Howard de Walden Estate.


We will be transforming 126 Harley Street, a Grade II listed building from a medical/residential property into four luxurious apartments.

The lower ground to ground floor will be a duplex unit the first and second floors will be one bed units with a further duplex on the third to fourth floors.

The scope of works involve:

  • Underpinning

  • Basement Works

  • Minor demolition

  • Structural alterations

  • Alterations to the internal layouts

  • Window overhaul

  • Internal redecorations and fibrous plastering

  • All Mechanical & Electrical services to be renewed

  • Kitchens & Bathrooms

We are currently preparing to start on site Early May '16.
