We are thrilled to announce that our team at Royal Russell School, Croydon, has achieved a perfect 45/45 score in the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) assessment!

This outstanding result reflects the hard work, professionalism, and commitment of our site team, who have gone above and beyond to meet and exceed the Scheme’s core values:

  • Respect the Community – Maintaining positive relationships with neighbours, minimising disruption, and ensuring the school community felt informed and involved.

  • Care for the Environment – Proactively reducing waste, improving energy efficiency, and protecting green spaces on site.

  • Value the Workforce – Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment where every team member can thrive.

The CCS score is awarded across three key areas – Community, Environment, and Workforce, with each category assessed out of 15. Scoring the maximum 15 in each category demonstrates that we are delivering to the very highest standards in construction best practice.

A huge thank you to our project team, supply chain partners, Royal Russell School and the local community in Croydon for their collaboration and support in achieving this milestone. This is more than just a score, it’s a reflection of our shared commitment to delivering projects that are safe, considerate, and exemplary in every respect. A special shout-out to Mark Flanagan, our Senior Site Manager, for achieving this incredible score for the second time on one of his projects. This consistent success is a true testament to Mark’s dedication to fostering connection, care, and excellence on every site he leads.

We look forward to continuing to raise the bar on all our projects and building with care, pride, and purpose.
