Strengthening Programme Management Capability

Eight of our Project and Site Managers are currently attending a two day Asta Powerproject course, delivered by Antony Ward from Elecosoft.

Good planning sits at the heart of every successful project. This training has focused on building clear, fully linked programmes, understanding how activities interact, and using rescheduling to test logic and sequencing. The team has also covered baselines, progress updates and reporting tools that help present information in a straightforward and accessible way.

For our clients, this means clearer visibility of how projects are structured and how key stages connect. It supports better coordination with design teams and the supply chain, reduces the risk of gaps in sequencing, and helps maintain momentum on site.

Investing in continued professional development is important to us. By strengthening our in house programming capability, we improve consistency across projects and ensure our teams are confident using industry standard software.
