Buxton Building appointed to Hyde Group’s Main Contractor Framework

Buxton Building Contractors has been appointed to three lots on the Hyde Group’s main contractor framework, Lot 1 for the East region on projects valued up to £20 million, Lot 3 for the South region, and Lot 5 for projects in London within the same value range.

Hyde expects to deliver around 1,500 homes per year over the next five years and has appointed framework partners with proven development expertise, innovation, and a strong track record of collaboration and quality across their supply chains.

Partners were selected for their commitment to building high-quality, safe homes, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding strong environmental standards.

The framework will cover new-build residential developments, with potential for associated retail and commercial spaces.
