Buxton Building Contractors is increasingly using electric and other eco-friendly machines across its projects to reduce emissions and noise on site.
One example is the fully electric SANY SY19E mini excavator, which runs on a 22 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate battery and provides up to six hours of operation with no exhaust fumes and minimal noise, ideal for confined or sensitive environments.

This supports Buxton’s Sustainability Policy, which promotes low-carbon construction methods, reduced energy use, and cleaner technologies. By adopting electric plant and equipment wherever practical, Buxton continues to minimise environmental impact while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on site.
