Joseph Lancaster

Demolition, remediation and piling works at our Joseph Lancaster Nursery project in Southwark have recently been completed, which has allowed us to now commence the redevelopment works.

The photos below show our ground-workers laying drainage and sub-structures, our tower crane has also been erected.

Based upon the site of the old Joseph Lancaster Nursery in the middle of the Lawson Estate we will be constructing 40 affordable residential units comprising of 6 terrace houses and a 4, 6 and 8 storey linked block of flats, complete with alterations to existing parking, access roads, hard and soft landscaped communal area and children's play.

The project has been designed to meet the needs of existing residents on the Estate and in the Leathermarket area as a whole.
