Stepping Up for Mental Health

As Mental Health Awareness Week and National Walking Month come to a close, we'd like to thank everyone who took part in our Building Better Minds: Step Up for Mental Health challenge.
Throughout May, colleagues across Buxton logged their steps, with plenty of friendly competition along the way. It was good to see so many people taking part and making time to get away from their desks, out of their cars, or around site for a walk.

The challenge highlighted how simple activities can help build healthier habits and encourage people to take a break during the working day.
Thank you to everyone who got involved and helped make the challenge a success.
