We are delighted to have been awarded a new contract in Swanley for Lenta Properties Ltd.
The scheme involves the complete strip out back to shell and core of Horizon House, an eight storey 1960's office building, converting it into 56no apartments for private sale .
With the introduction of new rainscreen cladding, brickwork, balconies, new windows, curtain walling and the complete re-configuration of the internal space, this tired building will be rejuvenated into a bright modern apartment block, transforming the local skyline.
