Piling works have begun at Unity Place, E17. We are constructing 30 residential units and approx. 100m2 of commercial space for Peabody Housing Trust on a design and build basis.

The project will achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 with the provision of heating and lighting from a centralised energy centre along with photovoltaic renewable technologies.
