We are delighted to have have completed the refurbishment of Horizon House in Swanley for Lenta Properties Ltd.

The scheme involved the complete strip out back to shell and core of an eight storey 1960's office building, converting it into 56 no apartments for private sale .

New rain-screen cladding, brickwork, balconies, new windows, curtain walling and the complete re-configuration of the internal space, has rejuvenated the tired office tower into a bright modern apartment block.
