Our project at Sylvan Grove is progressing well with the tower cranes being dismantled and scaffold struck.
The project is a Design and Build negotiated contract with Hyde Housing Association, we are building 80 residential units 52 are private sale, 14 shared ownership and 14 rental properties.
The site is in an area of regeneration close to the proposed Bakerloo line extension.
We are encouraging the use of local labour, suppliers and are providing local training and apprenticeship opportunities.
