Last week Buxton's Social Value Manager, Jamie Clancy-Toomey, spent an insightful and thought-provoking day at Google offices in Kings Cross for Working Options event, The Future of Work: The AI Opportunity.
The day brought together young people and employers to explore the huge potential of AI—its power to create new opportunities, redefine roles, and yes, even displace traditional jobs. The conversations left plenty to reflect on, especially around the evolving role of AI in the construction industry and how it intersects with social value.
A huge thank you to the inspiring panellists and keynote speakers, and to everyone who made the networking sessions so valuable.
